1. Payment
Payment is made online in connection with the ticket purchase. VIANOMO accepts standard payment cards, MobilePay and – where offered by the organizer – payment via invoice or EAN number.
Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection via our approved payment providers. VIANOMO does not store your full card details.
Payment via invoice / EAN
If you choose to pay via invoice or EAN:
- The invoice is automatically sent to the email address or EAN recipient specified at the time of purchase.
- All invoices are issued in DKK and include the information required for business transactions.
- The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is set by the organizer.
2. Payment fees and total ticket price
An administration fee may be added to your purchase. This fee covers the operation of the digital ticketing solution and costs related to payment processing, including invoice or EAN payments.
The fee is clearly displayed before you complete the payment.
The administration fee is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
When using a corporate card or a payment card issued outside the EU/EEA, a card fee may be charged by your bank or card issuer. This fee is not handled by VIANOMO.
The total price consists of the ticket price plus any applicable fees.
If you experience errors in payment (e.g. double payment), please contact the organizer.
3. Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered digitally to the email address provided during purchase. In some cases, the ticket may also be sent to your mobile phone number if provided.
As part of VIANOMO’s Zero Print approach, tickets are issued digitally only. You simply present them on your mobile device at check-in.
Tickets are considered delivered once they have been sent digitally. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is entered when ordering.
If you do not receive your tickets shortly after payment, it is recommended to check your spam filter or contact the organizer.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If the event is cancelled
If the organizer cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded.
Administration fees and card fees are generally non-refundable, as they relate to payment processing – not the event itself.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at purchase:
- For card payments, the amount is refunded to the same card.
- For invoice/EAN payments, the amount is refunded to the account provided to the organizer.
If you need to cancel
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the organizer offers special options for exchange or cancellation. This will be stated in the event description.
If a ticket is to be transferred to a colleague, this depends on the organizer’s policy and may in some cases be possible by contacting the organizer.
